My own life has convinced me that the limitations most of us encounter in our relations with other animals reflect not their shortcomings, as we so often assume, but our own narrow views about who they are and the kinds of relationships we can have with them.

Animal Communication Consultations

Jacqueline’s innate awareness of each animal’s cultural and spiritual needs has elicited new – often mind boggling – insights into my animal companions and their behavior. She consistently unearths the emotions and assumptions underlying even the most baffling and intractable behavior problems.

Again and again I am touched by the loving and upbeat way Jacqueline dialogues with my cats and dog to put their hearts at ease and negotiate more constructive behaviors.

Making Appointments

You can telephone me at (503) 719-4770 or email. Give your name, phone number, a few good times to return your call, and some appointment times that will work. Calls are returned Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM. Appointments for consultations are available Tuesday - Friday, 9 AM - 4 PM. Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Fees and Payment

Each consultation includes three parts, all of which constitute billable time. The first part is information intake over the phone. At this time, you provide information about your animal companion and describe what issues you want me to explore. The second part is the telepathic conversation between your animal companion and me. Telepathy is not affected by distance, so there is no need for house calls. The third part is a follow-up call during which I convey what I have learned and my recommendations. If any new questions arise, I will check in with your animal companion in real-time while you're on the phone.

In general, consultations run 60 – 90 minutes, depending on the complexity of the issues, how talkative your animal companion is, and how many issues/animals I work with in a given consultation. For example, when working one major issue with one animal, I would expect to spend 25 minutes on the phone with you, 10 minutes for intake and 15 for follow up, with the remaining 35 minutes reserved for working with your animal companion.

Pricing

Pricing: Consultations cost $90 for the first 60 minutes and $1.50 per minute thereafter.

Senior Pricing (65 and older): Consultations cost about $85 for the first 60 minutes and $1.50 per minute thereafter.

Payment

I gladly accept payment by VISA and MasterCard. Returning clients may also choose to pay by check. You can make payment arrangements during the initial call, before the clock starts ticking.

Payment is due at the time of service.

House Calls

No house calls are available at this time. I have an international client base, which makes house calls untenable. In addition, the consultation format described in Fees And Payment makes it easier for your animal companion to focus on the discussion. Both shy and excitable animals can be distracted by newcomers in their environment. Because telepathy is not affected by distance, I receive the same input – thoughts, images, sensations, emotions – as I would were I right there with you in your home.

Preparing for a Consultation

For best results, prepare a list of questions before the intake call. You can always add questions on the spot.

To get a sense of the range of topics clients call about, see What Can I Ask My Animal Companion?

Going into a consultation, the more open your heart is, the more forthcoming your animal companion will be. Invite your animal companion to be perfectly honest without fear of hurting your feelings. Animals are so upbeat that hurt feelings are rare. More likely is the joy of mutual understanding.

Confidentiality

All client information, whether client records or consultation content, is kept confidential.

I feel the intimacy of this work necessitates the highest level of confidentiality. For example, I will not divulge information about you and your animal companion, even if your friend approaches me and indicates knowledge of our consultation. Nor will I mention your animal companion when I meet you in person. I will leave it to you to mention him or her, at which point I’ll know you’re comfortable with acknowledging our work together in a public setting.

I neither sell nor distribute client contact information. Moreover, I destroy all credit card information after successfully running the charge you have authorized. I value the work we do together and do everything in my power to protect your privacy.
